Great location! When we arrived we were greeted by the managers they were super nice and gave us some information on near by restaurants we can eat at and places we can visit. The room was clean and it also has a kitchen in room just request dishes and they will have it ready for you. They only do services if your staying 8 nights or more. If you want someone to clean your room you can have it for a additional fee which was okay for us. The hotel is near lots of restaurants and shopping locations. My friends and I enjoyed our stay. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I stayed at their property from September 13 to September 24. I paid a $100 deposit, expecting a refund upon checkout. However, despite being told I'd receive it within 5 working days, it's been over 2 months, and I'm here, still waiting for it like a fool. Disappointed by the delay and the broken promise, I wouldn't recommend staying at their premises.

This place is a joke give you a quote then change your price every week and when you pay and ask when you have to check out they say they don’t know it confuses them. They also stole a night I was charged 2 times for one day. Place is nasty also pubic hair all over shower had to buy cleaner and clean myself. Just the worst place to stay in Miami and charge you like they are some resort not worth the money or your time

The bed was comfortable, convenient location and the hotel was relatively clean. Unfortunately, the refrigerator does not get cold and we have had at least 10 keys made and they will work one time at best and then not open the door. The night time guy at the desk had a very negative attitude and said that the management will not buy good keys and they keep asking for better keys. This led me to believe this is a chronic problem. Breakfast was advertised his nutritional it was all carbs

I am very unhappy with Extended Stay and Priceline...I have a daughter who is 1000 miles away from me and she is virtually homeless because her lease ended with 1 apt and the other apt is not ready yet...I set up a hotel visit for her without realizing that she got something...I purchased a visit last night at 8 pm and tried to cancel it by 830 pm...I was informed that I was out of luck...that is outrageous...I can see if you were to charge me for 1 night, but you are charging me for the whole 3 day visit and she will not be there at all...i am out almost $600...I am beyond angry...to say that I am disappointed would be an understatement
